Crestwood Consulting Project
Over a winter break from business school I consulted for Crestwood on their guest experience. I created a set of in-room welcome videos that walked guests through their stay, which cut the volume of routine front-desk and maintenance inquiries and streamlined operations. I also reworked the hotel's transportation service, producing faster pickups and shorter waits. Together the changes delivered roughly $355,000 in annual labor savings.
World Cup Budweiser Project
With four other MBA students, I helped build the marketing strategy behind Budweiser's sponsorship of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. My role was contingency planning for the scenario where Qatar walked back its agreements on alcohol sales - which is exactly what happened two days before the tournament. Our alternatives were ready, including canned water carrying Budweiser branding, and the brand held its visibility through the disruption.

Pronalce Market Expansion
My team advised a food manufacturer on entering the U.S. market. We researched the regulations and product requirements they had to meet, helped establish partnerships to smooth the transition, and built marketing strategies to raise brand awareness ahead of launch.
Small Business Consultancy Projects
I founded and ran my own consultancy helping local small businesses improve their online presence and advertising. Working on the Wix platform, I built custom websites tailored to each business and ran marketing campaigns designed to drive foot traffic and online engagement.
Clients spanned photography studios, dental offices, and small restaurants. I used Meta and Google Ads to sharpen their targeting, and introduced AI tools to automate routine processes and improve online visibility.
Ebay Surplus Project
I partnered with a close friend to buy retail surplus in bulk and resell it on eBay. Inventory came largely from Nordstrom, Macy's, and Bloomingdale's, which gave us a wide, high-quality assortment to list. The venture reached more than $300,000 in annual sales.
Online Retail Company:
MP Collective
I founded a company producing home goods and apparel, designing the catalog on platforms like Canva. I built and managed stores on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay using a drop-shipping model, and worked directly with suppliers so goods were manufactured only after orders were secured - which kept inventory risk low and made production and fulfillment far more efficient.
KH Photography
https://www.khphotography.online/
Worked as a consultant for a real estate stager and photographer company with 20+ employees based in Cancun, Mexico. I built their website and developed their marketing strategy. These changes led to a 70% revenue increase compared to the previous year. KH Photography has continued to grow and has increased its client retention rate significantly. I still work as an advisor for KH as they expand to new markets in Mexico and abroad.
Restructuring and Recruitment at Miller School of Medicine
I built and implemented a new physician recruitment strategy for the pulmonary division at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. We rebuilt how recruitment meetings were run and developed a presentation that made the case for joining the University of Miami. Over the course of the initiative the team grew from 12 physicians to more than 75, research output rose, and the division attracted significantly more funding - including from the NIH, pharmaceutical companies, and nonprofit foundations.
